No matter where I live, I go out of my way to mail packages from the Oneco office. Great people - great service.
Made a 12:15 appointment for passport assistance with a name change. I arrived at 12:05 with one other person completing info on the counter. I'm sorry I didn't get the customer service rep's name (she spoke very fast with a spanish accent). I brought all paperwork needed with me and most of it was completed at home. The rep proceeded to point and flip thru the pages speaking ,,,very fast with her high pitch voice.... saying complete the this...check this...etc.. go over there and come back to the counter when it's done. I said to her " you've said so much, so fast". She said to me sacastically "Ma'am I can't stand here with you the whole time".
As soon as we stepped in, this woman at the main desk rolls her eyes an yells from across the room, where is it going? When I was writing the address she yells again, dont put the address there, its just like a letter! With a rude tone and a smirk on her face... how unpleasant to see this kind of individuals working in a place that needs social skills and manners since you are working with people...so young and so bitter... I hope she finds a job she enjoys soon!
I've never experienced such curtness at any of our area post offices.
Well, I have been going for quite a few years with eBay and such.
Wanda had been fantastic, along with Linda, Michelle, the whole gang.
I've been a businesswoman all of my career, I don't need someone to hold my hand...I just needed her to slow down a bit...especially when total of five people were serviced during my 15 min or less visit. When I returned to the counter Wanda assisted me....very pleasant, calm and efficient.
